BMW 5 Series
The 2025 BMW 5 Series is offered with three powertrain configurations. The 530i and 530i xDrive feature a 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder engine with 48V mild hybrid technology, producing 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The 540i xDrive is equipped with a 3.0L turbo 6-cylinder engine with mild hybrid assistance, delivering 375 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. New for 2025, the 550e xDrive plug-in hybrid combines a 3.0L turbo 6-cylinder engine with an electric motor for a total system output of 483 horsepower. All models utilize an 8-speed automatic transmission, with the 530i available in rear-wheel drive, while the remaining variants come standard with xDrive all-wheel drive.
Standard equipment includes LED headlights, 14.9-inch curved display interface,12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable front seats with driver memory, heated exterior mirrors, and power moonroof. The technology package includes BMW's Operating System 8.5, wireless device charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and 6 USB ports.
The 5 Series incorporates comprehensive safety systems, including the Active Driving Assistant suite with forward collision warning, lane departure warning, blind spot detection, and automatic emergency braking. Additional driver assistance features include automated parking sensors, traffic sign recognition, and rearview camera.
